Clinical Psychologist

Hi – Jaci here! I’m a Clinical Psychologist, with a passion for working with adults with disordered eating and other related concerns. I am currently accepting referrals for clients aged 17 years and older, via telehealth.

No two people are the same and so it follows that no two experiences in therapy are the same. I believe in working with you to shape therapy to your individual needs and goals. In doing so, I draw on a variety of evidence-based treatments including cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), enhanced cognitive behaviour therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adults (MANTRA), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), and schema therapy.

I have experience working with a wide range of populations – I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all linguistic, cultural, and religious backgrounds, and am a neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming therapist.
