Cancellation Policy

Less than 2 business days = ½ the cost of your appointment
Less than 1 business day = full costs of your appointment

Business days are all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

If you cancel or postpone your appointment within two business days (which are all days except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) from the time of your appointment, you will be charged half of the appointment fee, regardless of the reason for the change or cancellation (e.g. you will still be charged if it is due to work or health reasons). E.g. An appointment at 10 am on a Thursday would need to be cancelled before 10 am on the preceding Tuesday. Similarly, an appointment at 10 am on a Tuesday would need to be cancelled before 10 am on the preceding Friday, assuming there are no public holidays. If notice is provided less than one business day from the time of your appointment, you may be charged the full cost of the appointment. All late cancellation fees only apply if the appointment is not subsequently filled. Notification must be provided by either: phoning 02-6247 5485 and speaking to a receptionist or leaving a voice message containing your name, phone number, the date and time of the appointment, and the reason for the cancellation; or emailing those details to reception@psychsessions.com.au. Please provide as much notice as possible of any cancellations or changes. Please do not make an appointment unless you are confident that you will be able to attend it.
