E.g. An appointment at 10 am on a Thursday would need to be cancelled before 10 am on the preceding Tuesday. Similarly, an appointment at 10 am on a Tuesday would need to be cancelled before 10 am on the preceding Friday, assuming there are no public holidays. All late cancellation fees only apply if the appointment is not subsequently filled. Notification must be provided by either: phoning 02-6247 5485 and speaking to a receptionist or leaving a voice message containing your name, phone number, the date and time of the appointment, and the reason for the cancellation; or emailing those details to reception@psychsessions.com.au. Please provide as much notice as possible of any cancellations or changes. Please do not make an appointment unless you are confident that you will be able to attend it.
