My name is Isobel Kelly, and I am a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in working with eating disorders and related concerns. I am currently accepting referrals for clients aged 18 years and older and can provide sessions in person and via telehealth when suitable.
I have training and experience working with adolescents, and adults with a variety of concerns, ranging from anxiety, depression, eating disorders and experiences of trauma.
I value an individualised and collaborative approach to therapy and draw from a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to meet my clients’ individual needs and goals. I am focused on supporting clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, and I take an active approach to therapy that involves building new skills and techniques to achieve this.
I am a member of the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Eating Disorders, and frequently complete additional training in the area of eating disorders to keep my treatment approaches current and informed by the latest research and treatment recommendations.
