All late cancellation fees only apply if the appointment is not subsequently filled. Notification must be provided by either: phoning 02-6247 5485 and speaking to a receptionist or leaving a voice message containing your name, phone number, the date and time of the appointment, and the reason for the cancellation; or emailing those details to reception@psychsessions.com.au. Please provide as much notice as possible of any cancellations or changes. Please do not make an appointment unless you are confident that you will be able to attend it.
